Land and negroes for sale. The farm on which Alexander Adair deceased, formerly lived, consisting of about 300 acres one mile west of Tallahassee, well improved, and several likely young negroes, are offered for sale. A short credit will be given, or notes negotiable at the Bank of Florida received in payment. For further particulars apply to the undersigned, L.A. Thompson, Esq. or J. Monroe of Tallahassee. E. W. Adair, Administrator. January 31, 1832.
