“TWENTY DOLLARS REWARD.
Ranaway from the subscriber on the 19th of Sept. a negro boy by the name of AMOS, (which he will probably change to John). He is about 13 years of age, about 4 feet 10 inches in height, his under lip rather inclines to roll out when talking, has a small scar on his forehead over one his eyes, he had on an osnaburg shirt and pantaloons he is a daring armed (?) villain – The above reward will be given for the delivery of the boy to me in Tallahassee, or secured in any jail so that I get him.
ALVAN GREEN.
