“Valuable Property For Sale. – The subscriber offers for sale his plantation, negroes, stock and farming tools. The plantation is under good fence, has comfortable buildings, is about sixteen miles from Tallahassee, on Lake lamonia, and consists of as good land as is to be found in the Territory. Terms- one third cash, and the balance in two annual instalments. – J.L. Vickers. June 4th, 1836.”
