“Valuable Property For Sale. –The Subscriber offers for sale Lot number 851 in the original plan of the city of Tallahassee. The improvements thereon consist of a two story dwelling house and kitchen, also a small dwelling which rents for one hundred dollars per annum. – The premises are enclosed by a substantial painting. He also offers for sale a negro girl, aged about 17. – She is an excellent house servant. – John G. Padrick.”
